Return and Refund Policy/Disclaimer

At Loyal Ease, we want our clients to be completely satisfied with our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

    • If you need to cancel a service, please notify us as soon as possible.

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

    • Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

    • If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 7 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

    • We make every effort to provide accurate and timely services to our clients, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the work we produce.

    • We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the work we produce.

    • We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses that may result from the use or misuse of the work we produce.
